Step one in our creative process is pretty obvious. For us, at least. We can't propel your business forward until we understand exactly what it is you do, why, and who your customers are (and why they're special, and what makes them like you, and on and on...). It's a very structured part of the process, but basically it's just getting to know you. We gotta know - because every business is different and we can't do what's right by yours without understanding it.
In order to give you our best work (which is what we all want, right?), we have to respect the process that's gotten us to where we are today. We've found out the hard way, as everyone has at some point, that there's a right way to do things and a wrong way. Rushing our process is the wrong way. Us turning out something for you just to get it over with is the wrong way. The Process is home run for all involved when we let it do its thing.
We have your best interest in mind. We really do. As a matter of fact, we wouldn't be here if we didn't. The fact of the matter is what we do for our clients works. And, it's different, which, is kind of the point. So, when we recommend that you try to change the Georgia State Bird to the Chicken, you gotta trust us.
